Please submit your abstract (200 - 250 words) no later that February 11, 2017. Please register here with your abstract and fees.

Posters:

​

Posters must be no larger than 3' tall x 4' wide. Posters must be up before noon on Friday. The poster social will take place Friday evening. Poster presenters may wish to bring small print-outs of your poster or business cards to hand out. We encourage everyone to come out and discuss the posters at the social as well as network with new peers and colleagues!

 

Presentations:

 

Each time slot for presenters is 15 minutes in length. Presentations must be no longer than 12 minutes to ensure time for questions following your presentation. We are maintaining a strict schedule for each time slot to permit movement between concurrent sessions.

Presenters are to upload their presentation prior to their session and introduce themselves to the session chairs. Please have a copy of your presentation as a PDF along with a powerpoint file to ensure proper formatting of your presentation, as formatting varies between computer systems.
